Trembling Aspen - Populus tremuloides

The green leaves of this Aspen are paler underneath and on a long flattened stalk. When the wind blows, the leaves quiver, hence the name, ‘Trembling’ Aspen. The bark is smooth, pale green when young, turning white is the tree matures.
